Rabbitry

We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone, for any reason or no apparent reason at all. Our rabbits are ours to sell or not to sell until we agree to let them go. If you can't live with this policy, please don't attempt to buy from us. Although I have not felt the need to decline a sale yet, I can easily foresee it happening if I feel someone has not thought their purchase through properly . Rabbits are a big responsibility particularly if you intend to breed them. If you have questions, contact us. We will be happy to e-mail back and forth or contact us one way or another to discuss it.

Once you purchase a rabbit from us it is yours. We do not have a refund policy. If you decide for some reason that you no longer want your rabbit we will take it back but no refund will be issued.

If you have a problem with the rabbit in the first 48 hours, contact us, we will try to work things out. We do not ship rabbits and only deliver them locally for a fee or allow buyers to pick them up at a mutually agreed local location. We will deliver to local rabbit shows if we are already planning to be at that show.

Once you have purchased a rabbit from us, you are welcome to call or contact us any time during normal business hours if you have questions, problems with your rabbit or anything rabbit related. If I don't know the answer I'll find it or steer you to someone who does.

No warranty or liability is expressed or implied in the case of injury or illness caused by or to the bird by or to other pets or humans in the household.

As with any living animal, fear, loss of appetite, lack of sleep, chilling, heat prostration, and other forms of stress (including shipping) can make a bird susceptible to illness, potentially causing diarrhea, respiratory infection, and a variety of other problems.

Exposure to other birds or environmental factors may also negatively affect a bird’s health. A bird could change from good health to being acutely ill in 3 days
